Ivan and his team at Quality Demo Services LLC did an outstanding job on our complex shed demolition. The shed was partially attached to our house, built underneath the patio, and wedged between the supporting structure. There were also irrigation pipes nearby and Ivan made sure they stayed completely intact. Despite the challenges, they finished the job in just a couple of hours, arrived right on time, and kept the worksite spotless. I was not home when Ivan's crew came to do the job we discussed. A tree root had raised the concrete below my fence, causing a panel of my fence to fall off. They jackhammered the concrete, and cut the root of the tree. They then replaced and leveled the dirt, and even attached the fence panel for me, which was not expected, but I was very thankful for. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I highly recommend Ivan and his crew for the many services he offers. See more See less
